3. Facilities in the apartment include water heater in the bathroom, washing machine, refrigerator and microwave oven.
4. Cleaning Service comes twice a month to clean at common areas such as living room, kitchen and bathrooms.
5. Utilities (Electricity and Water) are EXCLUDED from the rental fee. Utilities costs are shared/divided with your housemates.
